We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell real estate properties, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships and contribute to the company's sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation and marketing skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Follow up with potential buyers and investors to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close transactions successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Promote properties through social media, digital marketing, property portals and advertising channels.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for promotional activities.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities and industry trends.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and track campaign performance.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience : Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Experience in property sales, leasing or real estate brokerage preferred.
