Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive "Team Lead – Full Stack Web Developer" to lead our web development team and drive high-quality project execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full stack Web development (frontend & backend), hands-on experience in managing projects, leading teams, and directly communicating with clients. This role demands both technical excellence and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor the Web development team
-Manage full stack Web development (frontend & backend)
-Develop custom themes and plugins from scratch
-Handle API integrations and third-party integrations
-Manage the complete project lifecycle (planning to deployment)
-Lead daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions
-Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
-Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
-Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance
-Maintain coding standards, security best practices, and scalability
Technical Skills Required:
-Strong expertise in Full Stack Web Development
-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
Hands-on experience with:
-WordPress
-Webflow
-PHP
-Shopify
-Shopify+
-Elementor
-WooCommerce customization experience
-Website performance optimization knowledge
-Experience with Git or other version control systems
-Knowledge of hosting environments and deployment processes
Soft Skills Required:
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Strong leadership and team management abilities
-Experience handling client communication independently
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Preferred)
