We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Beauty Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good industry knowledge, and the ability to manage both operations and client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Supervise and motivate the beauty, makeup, and support staff.
3. Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
4. Handle appointments, scheduling, and staff allocation.
5. Monitor sales, revenue, and expenses to achieve business targets.
6. Maintain stock levels, ordering, and inventory management of products.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
8. Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed strictly.
9. Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and brand partners when required.
10. Support marketing activities, promotions, and client retention programs.
11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Beauty, Cosmetology, or Salon Management preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a salon or beauty industry in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of beauty services, products, and salon operations.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, CRM).
Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
