Position: SEO Team Lead

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and execute effective search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to manage a team while driving organic growth for multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team for successful project execution
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
- Monitor website performance and improve organic rankings & traffic
- Handle backlink strategies and outreach activities
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO optimization
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance insights
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
- Train and mentor junior SEO executives and interns
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Prior experience in handling a team is preferred
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling international SEO projects
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
