JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: SAFETY MANAGER
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety protocols at all project and AV installation sites.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure safe practices during high-risk tasks such as electrical work, equipment mounting, and cable management.
Lead safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks for engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Monitor use of PPE and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers and site leads to integrate safety planning into daily operations.
Stay updated with local safety regulations and industry best practices relevant to infrastructure and AV work.
Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness programs and regular engagement with teams.
Ensure readiness for client or third-party safety audits and inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Industrial Safety or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety role within the infrastructure or construction industry.
Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent preferred.
Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and construction site practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹19,310.83 - ₹35,000.00 per month
