Job Summary
Innovitoy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs)
to join our Production, Assembly, and Design teams. The selected candidates will undergo
structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to manufacturing processes,
assembly operations, product design, quality standards, and continuous improvement
initiatives. This program is designed to develop technical skills and prepare trainees for long
term careers in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day activities within the assigned department.
Support production, assembly, or design teams in achieving departmental objectives.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Prepare and maintain production, process, or design-related documentation and reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and
Design.
Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, or improvement opportunities.
Participate in process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization
initiatives.
Learn and apply manufacturing best practices, including 5S and continuous improvement
methodologies.
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastic
Engineering, Tool & Die Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software will be an added advantage
for Design trainees.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
