Job Title: Receptionist cum HR AssistantJob Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Receptionist cum HR Assistant to manage front desk duties and support basic HR activities. The role requires good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle both administrative and HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and courier
- Maintain visitor records and reception area
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
HR Support Duties:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and files
- Help in onboarding new employees
- Support attendance and leave records management
- Assist in basic HR documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
