- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Maintain visitor and employee records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain office files and documents.
- Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support HR with attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate and meeting arrangements.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ensure the reception and office are clean and organized.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
