Education - Diploma in civil
- Supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors, windows, and interior/exterior finishes.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project engineers.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and rectify defects during the finishing stage.
- Plan manpower, materials, and resources for smooth execution of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Assist in project handover by ensuring snag-free completion of finishing works.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction finishing works, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, and quality standards.
Pay: Up to ₹49,929.81 per month
