About the Role
Inexoft Technologies is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Support Executive (Software) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about software support, technical troubleshooting, client communication, and implementation.
As a Technical Support Executive, you will provide first-level technical support to customers, troubleshoot software issues, assist with software implementation, generate reports using SQL and Crystal Reports, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. You will work closely with the development and implementation teams to deliver an excellent customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding software installation, configuration, and usage.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, remote support, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues promptly.
- Log, monitor, and track support tickets until successful resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when required.
- Assist in software implementation, deployment, and client onboarding activities.
- Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on software features and functionality.
- Generate, customize, and troubleshoot reports using SQL queries and Crystal Reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com with Computer Applications, BCA, MCA
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Software Support, Customer Support, or related roles are also welcome.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kannur and nearby locations.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of SQL queries, database concepts, and Crystal Reports.
- Basic knowledge of software applications and business management systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues effectively.
- Good customer service, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Added Advantage
- Familiarity with ERP, Accounting, Billing, or Business Management Software.
- Experience in software implementation and client training.
- Exposure to remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar enterprise software will be an added advantage.
