We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee our structural steel, PEB, and industrial roofing projects across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Plan, organize, and supervise all day-to-day on-site structural and civil activities. Monitor progress against timelines, identify potential bottlenecks early, and implement swift corrective actions.
- Team & Contractor Management: Coordinate effectively with fabricators, erection contractors, and site labor. Delegate tasks clearly and maintain a highly productive, disciplined work environment.
- Quality Control & Execution: Inspect work in progress (including alignment, bolt tightening, and welding/fabrication quality) to ensure strict compliance with approved structural drawings and fabrication standards.
- Material & Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, inventory tracking, safe storage, and handling of structural steel members, roofing sheets, and components on-site to minimize wastage.
- Client & Management Coordination: Maintain clear communication with clients and management regarding project milestones. Provide accurate daily/weekly progress reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations, ensure the mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for height work, and conduct regular safety tool-box talks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in the construction field. Direct experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), heavy steel fabrication, space frames, or roof truss works will be a distinct advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings, blueprints, and fabrication layouts.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential for coordinating with both site labor and management.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
