Key Responsibilities
· Edit high-quality real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, and ad films.
· Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
· Work closely with creative team, copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing team for campaign execution.
· Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and colour grading to enhance video quality.
· Manage raw footage, organize project files, and maintain editing timelines.
· Develop innovative video concepts aligned with real estate branding and marketing goals.
· Ensure timely delivery of projects within deadlines.
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously with quality output.
· Stay updated with latest video editing trends, reels format, and social media content styles.
· Coordinate with shoot team for video requirements and creative direction.
Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects,
· Adobe Creative suite and AI video generative tools.
· Expertise in motion graphics and video effects
· Good understanding of cinematography, framing, transitions, and pacing.
· Knowledge of social media ad formats and digital marketing creatives.
· Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
· Basic knowledge of sound editing and colour correction.
· Experience in editing real estate videos will be preferred.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
· Minimum 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
· Prior experience in advertising agency or real estate industry preferred.
