Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a BPO environment and possess strong operational knowledge, including shrinkage management, team support, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide floor support and guidance to Customer Service Associates.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
- Track and manage shrinkage to optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist Team Leaders in meeting daily service level targets.
- Conduct refresher sessions and support new hire onboarding.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports as required.
Eligibility
- 0-3 years of experience in a BPO.
- Prior experience as an SME or in a floor support role is preferred.
- Good understanding of shrinkage, adherence, and workforce management concepts.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
