Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or sales management system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
