Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations related to raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods in an Electronics TV Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, GRN processing, billing documentation, stock handling, BOM preparation, and warehouse coordination. Basic knowledge of electronic components and TV manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, identification, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions in ERP/software systems.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
- Track material consumption and reconcile stock variances.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and proper inventory control practices.
Documentation & System Management
- Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials.
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Handle billing and material documentation accurately.
- Update warehouse transactions in ERP systems.
BOM & Material Planning
- Assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and maintenance.
- Verify material requirements as per production plans.
- Support material allocation and issue processes for production.
Spare Parts & Raw Material Management
- Maintain inventory of electronic spare parts and raw materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and identification of components.
- Monitor critical stock items and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow warehouse safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure proper material handling procedures.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse & Stores Operations.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Exposure to Electronics, TV Manufacturing, EMS, or Consumer Electronics industry is Plus, Or Eager TO Learn.
