The incumbent supports the senior BHR for assigned BU/SU and is responsible for designing and delivering effective people-based solutions across the allocated teams. The BHR ensures execution of the people strategies; tracking all the key HR metrics and works closely with product function / CoEs to make the employee experience seamless.
Key Responsiblities
- Partner with front line managers & leaders as a trusted advisor and drive the people agenda for the assigned businesses/teams.
- Driving continuous employee connect and employee engagement.
- Drive Performance, Productivity and holistic engagement of the employees.
- Partner closely with the Product teams / CoEs to drive the experience and impact of HR offerings, and provide on ground feedback
- Support the business on holistic HR aspects
- Responsible for managing the key HR metrics for the functions managed
- Provide strategic interface to stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues
- Drive employee engagement and connect for the business / function
- Reviewing and analysing business specific data to identify trends & recommend solutions to business leaders.
- Performance management & productivity enhancement including PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) management.
- Ensure that there is continuous feedback from managers including process management for key HR processes.
- Manage talent management activities for the business / function.
- Extensive interaction with CoE to drive the HR agenda for the business / function.
- Support the Year End compensation process balancing the adherence to Group principles and the business nuances.
- Build a culture of Risk, Control and Conduct, ensure awareness at employee level for all key guidelines.
- Partner with the business / function for Engagement Survey roll out (My Voice), post survey finding action planning, and ensure that the survey feedback is actioned upon.
- Act as a change agent to the business, designs processes and approaches which prepares employees for ongoing change & transformation.
- Organisational diagnosis, design & development which takes consideration of external trends, conditions and applies best practice to design, develop and facilitate high individual and organisational performance.
- Continuous engagement with employees to keep an on group pulse
Required exp.
- 6-9 years of experience in HR, with strong business partnering background
- Hands-on experience in some of the core domains in HR
- GCC HR Experience would be a preference (not mandatory)
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR or equivalence would be preferred.
