Job Title: Presales & Solutions Consultant / Senior Consultant (Manager / Senior Manager)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Presales & Solutions Consultant to drive business solutioning, domain consulting, and strategic presales initiatives. The role involves collaborating with clients, sales teams, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to design innovative, technology-driven solutions that address business challenges and support digital transformation objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting capabilities, solution design expertise, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Solutioning:
- Lead end-to-end presales activities, including RFP, RFI, and proposal responses.
- Develop business and technology solution frameworks aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to strengthen solution offerings.
- Support pursuit and bid management activities to improve win rates.
Domain Consulting
- Provide consulting expertise across industry verticals such as Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, or other enterprise domains.
- Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution recommendations.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Engage with senior business leaders, department heads, and executive stakeholders to drive strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Support solution governance, risk mitigation, and alignment with industry standards and organizational best practices.
- Ensure business outcomes are achieved through effective solution adoption and execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, or Domain Consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in:
- Solution Architecture
- Business Analysis
- Consulting Frameworks & Methodologies
- Digital Transformation Programs
- Experience working with:
- Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics Solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and technologies such as:
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow or Similar enterprise applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, proposal-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in client-facing and fast-paced consulting environments.
- Experience in large IT services, consulting, system integration, or technology transformation organizations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling enterprise-level digital transformation engagements.
- Exposure to bid management, pursuit strategy, and solution governance.
- Industry certifications in Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Business Analysis, or Project Management are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
