Home Inspection Officer / Site Engineer Position Summary
The Home Inspection Officer / Site Engineer is responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties, identifying defects, documenting observations, and ensuring accurate reporting. The role involves visiting project sites, coordinating with clients, monitoring property conditions, and maintaining inspection standards in accordance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and document defects, workmanship issues, safety concerns, and maintenance requirements.
- Capture photographs and supporting evidence during inspections.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports using company-approved formats and software.
- Verify compliance with construction standards, approved drawings, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate inspection schedules with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate inspection findings professionally to clients and management.
- Monitor site conditions and provide observations regarding quality, safety, and finishing works.
- Maintain inspection records, photographs, and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and completion of assigned inspections.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to inspection findings.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and reporting procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction, building materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to identify construction defects and quality issues.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and mobile inspection applications.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to travel to inspection locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience in site supervision, quality inspections, construction, or property inspections preferred.

Work Location
As assigned by the Company based on inspection requirements.
Employment Type
Full-Time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
