Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to manage office coordination, documentation, and enquiry handling. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using design and AI tools for creating simple posters and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle quotation preparation and invoice documentation.
- Manage customer enquiry calls and basic communication.
- Maintain office documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Create basic posters and promotional materials using Canva and AI tools.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Coordinate with internal team members for smooth office workflow.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Canva
- Familiarity with AI tools for poster creation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and responsible work approach
Eligibility
- Education: Any basic degree
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience preferred (Freshers with good skills can also apply)
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
