Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the jewellery industry to drive high-value sales, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the brand through exceptional customer service and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle premium walk-in customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Drive sales of gold, diamond, bridal, and luxury jewellery collections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
- Guide customers on product selection, styling, and investment purchases
- Generate repeat business through customer engagement and follow-ups
- Support inventory management, stock audits, and store operations
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling high-value transactions
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
