## About the Opportunity
We are expanding our business into the textile industry and are seeking an experienced **Textile Consultant** to support the setup and growth of our operations in Raipur. This consultancy-based opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in textile manufacturing, fabric sourcing, merchandising, production planning, vendor development, and business setup. The consultant will play a key role in establishing efficient processes, identifying reliable suppliers, and providing strategic guidance to build a strong foundation for our textile business.
## Key Responsibilities
* Guide the setup and development of textile business operations.
* Recommend suitable fabrics, raw materials, and product categories.
* Develop and manage vendor and supplier networks.
* Support fabric sourcing, product development, and costing.
* Advise on quality control standards and production processes.
* Assist in identifying manufacturing partners and production units.
* Help establish procurement, inventory, and operational processes.
* Provide market insights, industry trends, and product recommendations.
* Recommend cost optimization and process improvement strategies.
* Support business planning and operational setup.
## Required Skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the textile or garment industry.
* Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, or production.
* Good understanding of fabrics, yarns, trims, dyeing, and finishing processes.
* Strong network with textile vendors, mills, or manufacturers.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Prior consulting or project-based experience will be an added advantage.
