Key Requirement for the Position
Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation
0 - 2 years of experience in Secured / Unsecured / Mortgages / Hard Bucket collections
Influential communication skills in English and local languages
Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn new things, and takes the initiative & challenges
Understanding the local market is mandatory
Job Description
Customer Engagement:
Engaging the customers by providing necessary information about the date of payment and regularly taking feedback about the company
Working towards increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards the company
Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections
Collection Management: Managing the timely payment of the overdue and following up regularly with the delinquent customers to make sure that payments are done
Relationship Management: Building a solid relationship with customers, for a better customer experience
