Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities across multiple business verticals. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, developing partnerships, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business expansion through collaborative initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working across consumer-focused industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Identify and develop business growth opportunities through:
- Strategic partnerships
- Brand collaborations
- Distribution and channel partnerships
- Institutional and corporate partnerships
- Retail collaborations
- Industry events and exhibitions
- Community engagement initiatives
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns to support brand awareness and business growth.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand objectives, recommend marketing initiatives, and execute approved plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, distributors, institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
- Research market trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend strategies for business expansion.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, business development, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic partnerships, promotions, channel development, and business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Strong planning, analytical, and execution skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
