Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Sales Client Handling

Join client calls after deal closure

Understand client requirements clearly

Act as the main point of contact for ongoing projects

Share regular updates and handle client queries professionally
2. Web Development Project Coordination

Understand website structure, features, and flow

Convert client ideas into clear tasks for developers

Coordinate with WordPress / Shopify developers
-
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Ensure projects are completed on time and with quality
3. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Ask the right questions during client discussions

Convert vague ideas into clear action points

Maintain clean documentation, task lists, and notes

Avoid confusion between client expectations and execution
4. Timeline & Quality Management

Break projects into steps and milestones

Track daily progressFollow up without hesitation
