About Role :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate ideas into intuitive and effective design solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to translate requirements into user-centred designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop visually consistent UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product interfaces.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
- Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skill & Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field).
- 0.6 to 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product or technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (similar design tools is plus).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
- Showcasing a strong portfolio is must.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Flutter/React Native design constraints (plus point).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
