- System Monitoring: Oversee centralized BMS workstations to track HVAC (chillers, AHUs, FCUs), electrical (DBs, UPS), fire alarms, and plumbing equipment. [1, 2]
- Alarm Response: Promptly troubleshoot faults, dispatch maintenance technicians to the field, and execute minor remedial fixes
- Energy Optimization: Adjust temperature set points, schedules, and control parameters to maximize energy efficiency and occupant comfort. [1, 2]
- Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Log daily equipment readings and assist OEM vendors with scheduled maintenance. [1, 2]
