## Senior Executive – HR & Administration

### About the Role
Manju Groups is looking for a proactive and experienced **Senior Executive – HR & Administration** to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, statutory compliance, and workplace administration. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, people-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR and administrative activities.
### Key Responsibilities
**HR Operations**
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities.
* Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
* Manage attendance, leave, shift, and employee-related records.
* Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
* Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution on HR-related matters.
* Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
* Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, offer processing, and joining formalities.
**Statutory Compliance**
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Shops & Establishments, and other applicable compliances.
* Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and documentation.
* Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
* Support internal and statutory audits.
**Administration**
* Manage day-to-day office/facility administration and general workplace requirements.
* Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, transportation, canteen, stationery, and other administrative services.
* Manage vendors, service providers, AMC contracts, and administrative purchase requirements.
* Monitor office assets, company property, and administrative inventory.
* Ensure workplace discipline, safety, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate meetings, events, employee welfare activities, and other administrative requirements.
**Employee Relations**
* Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
* Support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
* Promote positive employee relations and a professional workplace culture.
* Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field**.
* MBA/PG Diploma in HR is preferred.
* **4–7 years of relevant experience** in HR operations and administration.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and applicable statutory compliances.
* Good working knowledge of **MS Excel, MS Office, HRMS, attendance, and payroll systems**.
* Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
