Position: Branch Manager
Education: Any Graduate/ PG
Experience: 7 to 8 years
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prime responsibility to ensure and deliver Branch Sales revenue against targets, visible in Sales team being monitored to reach the same.
- Acquisition and penetration of new accounts to the branch business.
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction levels with existing and prospective customers, visible through repeat and referenced business
- Responsible for sales for the region
- New accounts engagement
- New business line identification & suggestion to management
- Planning for required resources & ensure optimal utilization
- MIS & reporting
- Report to GM - Sales
- Continuous monitoring & analysis of city/zone wise, customer wise, product wise sales movement
- Identifying underperforming executives to initiate necessary & alternative steps
- Analyze & review the market response/ requirements
- Ensure Year On Year (YOY) Business growth to our sales people & clients
- Develop & Maintain structured database required for business analysis.
- Manage pre & post exhibition/ awareness show participation
- Monitor the Activities v/s Productivity of Each Branch
- Man management skills
- Relationship management
- Result oriented with hardcore selling skill
- Plan and arrange joint events, customer events etc, with existing participants
- Manage the human resources of the branch, sustaining high motivation levels, monitoring and guiding performance, identifying areas for training and development, attracting and retaining talent
- Carry responsibility for all branch operations and branch profitability
- Good communication and presentation skills is a must
- Knowledge of techniques in promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques
- Excellent analytical skills.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
