DLA Architects is a multidisciplinary design practice specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. We are seeking passionate and creative architects who can contribute to innovative design solutions and manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare schematic, design development, GFC, and tender drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialized consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, area statements, and design reports.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Support project delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 1–6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
