Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team. This role involves working on both Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters, providing valuable support to our clients.

Department: Operations

Location(s): Noida | Delhi

Education: Must have Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing income tax & TDS returns for individuals and businesses.

Handle GST registrations, compliance, and filing requirements for clients.
Participate in tax audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Collaborate with team members to gather relevant tax documents and data.
Assist in responding to client inquiries and tax authority queries.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to clients.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
Prepare and submit tax-related reports and documents to government authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience and knowledge of four to five years income tax and GST compliance is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in using tax-related software and tools.

Ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tax regulations and practices.
