Qualification: MBA-HR / MSW / MLW / LLB / PGDHRM or equivalent

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Industrial Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive IR strategies, maintaining harmonious employee–management relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing union negotiations. This role demands strong labor law knowledge, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Industrial Relations Strategy – Develop and implement IR strategies aligned with business goals; monitor workplace climate and anticipate potential disruptions.
✔ Union & Employee Relations – Liaise and negotiate with trade unions, handle wage settlements and collective bargaining, manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
✔ Compliance & Legal – Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ID Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, etc.); manage inspections, audits, and statutory documentation.
✔ Contract Labour Management – Oversee contractor compliance and manpower deployment; ensure adherence to statutory norms and conduct audits.
✔ Employee Engagement & Welfare – Drive engagement programs, promote safety and welfare initiatives, and resolve shop-floor conflicts to minimize disruption.
✔ MIS & Documentation – Maintain statutory records, generate timely reports, and present IR metrics to senior management.
