Job Title: Senior Education Counselor - Team Leader

Reports To: Center Manager / Branch Head
Job Summary
The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding students and professionals in selecting suitable CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, and design-related training programs. The role involves counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, maintaining student relationships, and supporting enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals about CAD-related courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Explain course curriculum, certification benefits, placement support, fees, and career prospects.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead and student records in CRM/software systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
Salary :- 25,000 – 50,000(per month )
