Job Description Conduct awareness campaigns in villages, schools, and community spaces. Coordinate with Panchayats, SHGs, youth groups, and local stakeholders. Mobilize and enroll 120 eligible trainees for GDA and Electrician trades. Ensure inclusion of women and marginalized groups. 2. Candidate Identification & Enrollment Identify suitable candidates based on eligibility criteria. Support registration, documentation, and onboarding of trainees. Maintain accurate mobilization and enrollment records. 3. Demonstration & Orientation Conduct basic demonstrations related to: o GDA: Patient care basics, hygiene, first aid awareness. o Electrician: Basic wiring concepts, tools usage, safety practices. 5 Organize orientation sessions to build trainee interest and confidence. Assist trainers in practical sessions when required. 4. Coordination & Support Act as a bridge between trainees, trainers, and project team. Support batch scheduling and training logistics. Facilitate attendance tracking and trainee follow-ups. 5. Monitoring & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly mobilization reports. Track trainee attendance, participation, and retention. Provide feedback from the field to improve program delivery. 6. Placement & Post-Training Support Motivate trainees for course completion. Assist in placement coordination and employer linkages. Support post-placement follow-ups where required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Prior experience in mobilization, skill development, or CSR projects is desirable. Strong communication skills (Marathi, Hindi and English) Ability to work in rural/field environments. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).
