We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can create high-quality content for social media, digital advertising, corporate branding, and promotional campaigns.
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Executive who can transform raw footage into engaging videos that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have experience editing social media reels, corporate videos, promotional films, advertisements, event highlights, and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit corporate event videos, product launches, exhibitions, and client success stories.
- Produce video advertisements for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Design basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Add subtitles, captions, background music, sound effects, and color grading.
- Optimize videos according to platform-specific formats and best practices.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, social media marketers, photographers, and content creators.
- Maintain organized project files and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI-powered editing tools, and social media content formats.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, media companies, or production houses is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative editing and motion graphics work.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver 15–20 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per week.
- Produce 4–6 long-form videos per month.
- Complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain high editing quality with minimal revisions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Support multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
