Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow export sales for powder and liquid detergents. Identify and develop international distributors, wholesalers, importers, traders, and private-label customers. Research and identify new international markets and business opportunities. Generate leads through online platforms, databases, exhibitions, references, and direct customer outreach. Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and conduct regular customer follow-ups. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, packaging, MOQ, Incoterms, and shipping terms. Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers. Coordinate with production, packaging, logistics, finance, and export documentation teams. Manage export orders from enquiry and confirmation through production, shipment, and final delivery. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution. Follow up on outstanding payments and customer commitments. Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, business meetings, and customer visits when required. Monitor international market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements. Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates to management. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience specifically in export sales of detergents. Strong knowledge of powder and liquid detergent products. Good understanding of international markets and export business development. Knowledge of international trade, export documentation, shipping procedures, and Incoterms. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-development skills. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities. Target-oriented and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development. Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and other sales tools.
