Area Sales Manager – FMCG/HoReCa (Hyderabad & Bangalore)

About the Role
We're hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive distribution, revenue growth, and market penetration for Zesti Fusion products across HoReCa and General Trade/Modern Trade channels in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and GT/MT channels
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributor and dealer network
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure timely collections, stock rotation, and inventory management at distributor points
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, chefs, and F&B procurement teams
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to leadership
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Proven experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage sales, HoReCa exposure preferred
- Strong distributor/channel management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Team handling experience is a must
Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
