Role: Offshore Delivery Partner (ODP) for Commercial Operations & Services Portfolio

Offshore Delivery Partner: 18+ years of experience
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Offshore Delivery Partner to lead the end-to-end delivery of our strategic customers’ Commercial Operations and Services portfolio. This leadership role will manage a 1300+ global workforce and a $25Mn+ portfolio, driving operational excellence and building strong client relationships across geographies including India, China, Costa Rica, and the US. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across the Commercial Operations value chain, from deal closure, contract setup, order management, contract administration, asset lifecycle, invoicing, to end-of-term processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at scale. A strong delivery leader with a passion for innovation, the delivery partner will drive automation-led transformation, improve revenue realization, and enhance customer outcomes. With proven experience in managing large-scale global delivery and P&L responsibilities, you will play a critical role in strengthening client partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and positioning the organization as a leader in delivering high-quality, customer-centric services.
Responsibilities:
- Own a $25Mn+ portfolio and 500+ workforce, driving profitability, operational rigor, and customer satisfaction
- Lead end-to-end global delivery for key accounts, ensuring alignment to client and business objectives
- Drive Commercial Analytics & Revenue Assurance and enhance customer experience across CO lifecycle
- Drive innovation and technology adoption to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve client outcomes
- Champion transformation scoping for business opportunities through automation and AI-led initiatives
- Build and lead executive client relationships, serving as the primary point for governance, escalations, and strategic alignment
- Drive growth through large deal pursuits, including proactive proposals and RFP-led opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, optimizing efficiency, cost, and performance
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, IT, HR) to align strategy, optimize capacity, and drive business growth
- Lead proactive risk and issue management to ensure predictable and uninterrupted delivery
- Drive structured governance through regular account reviews and performance discussions with clients
- Leverage market insights and client feedback to inform continuous service innovation and enhancement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing global client accounts with demonstrated success in achieving business objectives.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting for large-scale projects.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in service delivery or related roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
