Job Description
- Single source of truth: own as-is and to-be organizational data; reconcile Orgvue, Workday, and project working files.
- Data preparation & analysis: merge, clean, and analyze complex workforce datasets; apply validation rules to ensure integrity, quality, and accuracy.
- System data flow: understand how data moves between Workday, Orgvue, and downstream tools; anticipate where errors are likely to surface.
- Dashboards & visualizations: build and maintain dashboards that translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Stakeholder partnership: work with project team, P&O BPs, and business leaders to validate data and translate business questions into analytical requirements.
- Live capture: attend key stakeholder meetings; reflect organizational changes in systems in real time.
- Orgvue ownership: manage uploads, downloads, version control, and scenario panels.
- Proactive flagging: raise inconsistencies and integrity gaps early — with a recommendation, not just an escalation.
- Confidentiality & pace: deliver against tight timelines while maintaining the utmost discretion with sensitive employee data.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: in data analyst, people analytics, workforce analytics, or HRIS analyst roles, including work on org design or restructuring initiatives.
- Workday: extract data, navigate organizational and position management modules, interpret core HR data structures.
- Orgvue: uploads/downloads, panel configuration, managing as-is vs. to-be scenarios.
- Excel (advanced): PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, structured validation, durable models.
- Behavioral: discretion, sound judgment, comfort capturing decisions in fast-moving senior meetings, clear written and verbal communication, bias to action.
- Preferred: prior large-scale restructure or M&A integration experience; familiarity with job evaluation frameworks, Tableau or Power BI; SQL or Python (pandas).
