Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, department heads, and hospital leadership.
- Track market trends, competitors, and local healthcare changes.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to promote pharmaceutical/medical products.
- Promote hospital services, doctors, and healthcare packages
- Increase OPD/IPD footfall through field and referral marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and clinics
- Coordinate corporate tie-ups and health check-up camps
- Support digital marketing and branding activities
- Organize community outreach and promotional events
- Collect patient feedback and testimonials
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports
Requirements
- Strong understanding of protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 -3 years medical pharma/healthcare marketing experience (hospital-focused).
- Proven record of exceeding sales and case-generation targets.
- Willing to travel extensively within territory.
