Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize:
- Search Campaigns
- Display Campaigns
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Video & YouTube Ads
- Call-Only Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Desktop-Focused Campaigns
- Generate high-quality inbound leads and calls with strong ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Setup and optimize:
- Conversion Tracking
- GTM
- GA4
- Call Tracking
- Enhanced Conversions
- Optimize campaign performance based on CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide optimization insights.
- Reduce spam leads, invalid clicks, and low-quality traffic.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead quality improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC lead generation.
- Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Experience with USA market campaigns and dollar billing accounts preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, and competitor research tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of Google Ads policies and suspension prevention.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Google Ads experience.
- Experience in service-based or lead generation industries preferred.
- Google Ads Certifications are an added advantage.
