Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and managing their travel needs, including crafting itineraries, arranging bookings, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Responsibilities include handling travel reservations, providing exceptional customer service, offering advice on destinations and travel arrangements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and options.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and managing Travel Arrangements
- Experience with handling Reservations and booking procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide an excellent client experience
- Knowledge of global travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with travel-related software and systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a relevant field is preferred
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
