SHANGHAI GLOBAL AUTO SPARE PARTS CO is a fast-growing automotive parts company based in Dubai, known for supplying high-quality spare parts across global markets. We are expanding our operations and looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Kochi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand and identify their auto parts requirements
- Provide accurate product information and quotations
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups on ongoing orders and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing and delivery
- Update and manage customer enquiries and sales records
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales(In Automobile field is a +)and basic knowledge of autoparts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Quick learning and adapting attitude.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
