Job Summary
We are seeking a clear-spoken, motivated, and patient Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients, answer product questions, and efficiently resolve customer issues. Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction and help expand our business footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service requests and place outbound promotional or follow-up calls.
- Pitch company products or services to prospective leads using structured scripts.
- Listen to customer issues patiently, provide swift solutions, or escalate complaints appropriately.
- Record details of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress inside the CRM platform.
- Meet predefined daily call volumes, lead generation goals, and customer satisfaction milestones.
- Stay fully updated on company offerings, pricing modifications, and campaign updates
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
