- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned batch
- Ensure that all student concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Provide necessary academic and career-related support to students
- Maintain clear and regular communication with both tutors and students
- Coordinate with subject tutors to track student progress and challenges
- Support students in completing their assignments, projects, and practical work
- Guide students in job applications, interview preparation, and placement-related activities
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and overall batch performance
