Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architect with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in industrial projects to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics hubs, This role offers opportunities to mentor junior staff in future and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and 3D models for industrial structures using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp at proposal stage.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers to integrate project requirements and optimize space utilization.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs while adhering to local building codes, NBC guidelines, and environmental norms.
- Conduct site visits, oversee project execution, and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination for industrial campuses.
- Mentor junior architects and support tendering, value engineering, and client presentations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute; Council of Architecture (COA) registration required.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in industrial projects, including factories, warehouses
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ) is mandatory and project management tools (MS Project or Primavera) will be useful.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in team leadership and client interfacing.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and AI-driven design tools is a plus.
