Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree & Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications CCNA/MCSA/ Hardware A+ /Networking Certification
- Proven experience in network support, with a solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
