Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of establishing and improving HR policies and practices suitable for a fast-growing startup.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1 to 2 Years experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
