Management Trainee – Garment Manufacturing

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic final-year graduates and recently graduated candidates to join as Management Trainees in a garment/clothing manufacturing company.
The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain practical exposure to different areas of garment manufacturing. Based on their performance, skills, interest and suitability, management will decide the final departmental placement after the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo training in garment manufacturing operations and processes.
- Understand production workflow, quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams during the training period.
- Maintain basic reports and production/quality-related records.
- Support supervisors and team members in day-to-day operations.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
- Learn and adapt to manufacturing processes and departmental requirements.
Possible Departmental Placement
After successful completion of the training, candidates may be considered for:
- Production Department
- Quality Department
Final department allocation will be based on management assessment, performance and candidate suitability.
Eligibility
- Final-year graduates or recently passed-out graduates.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates from Barasat and nearby locations are preferred.
