Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for a designated section of the restaurant floor
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team
- Take accurate orders and ensure correct billing
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest interaction
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Supervise stewards and ensure efficient service flow
- Ensure tables are set and maintained as per fine-dining standards
- Monitor food pickup from the kitchen and ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items and improve overall guest experience
Requirements
- Experience as Captain / Senior Steward in a restaurant
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to manage a team and handle pressure during peak hours
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
