We are looking for a curious, culturally aware, and creatively driven individual to join our Planning team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brands, consumer behaviour, internet culture, and storytelling.
The individual will work closely with the strategy, creative, and account management teams to help shape campaigns, decode consumer insights, and contribute to ideas that move people and brands alike.
This is a high-learning role designed for someone who wants to build a career in advertising strategy and brand thinking.
Role deliverables:
· Support the planning team in conducting market, category, and consumer research.
· Track emerging trends across culture, social media, entertainment, and consumer behaviour.
· Assist in developing insight reports, presentations, and creative briefs.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic and creative thinking.
· Help build decks and presentations for internal discussions and client meetings.
· Continuously explore brands, campaigns, creators, platforms, and cultural movements.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
· Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply (CS/ planning).
· Internship experience in advertising, media, content, or marketing is a plus.
Language Proficiency Required:
· English – Professional proficiency (spoken and written).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
